Frequently Asked Questions

COVID Precautions

Your safely is our number one priority. We are limiting our capacity to ensure social distancing in our auditorium and overflow areas. We ask that every individual practices social distancing while in the lobby or common areas.

We are asking guests to wear masks as they enter our buildings and make their way to their seats. We are closely watching local, state, and federal guidelines to ensure all recommended safety precautions are implemented to ensure your safety.

We conduct regular cleanings between gatherings to ensure proper sanitation. Additionally, hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the campuse.

Temperature checks will be required for all our staff, volunteer teams, and all children attending Redemption Kids. We ask everyone to use good judgment: if you are feeling ill or have a family member who is feeling ill, please stay home and participate in our online experience.

What safety precautions and procedures can I expect for my children?

Redemption Kids are taking several precautions to keep your kids and our volunteers healthy and safe:

  • Masks and temperature checks are required for all volunteers.
  • Temperature checks are required for all children and parents during Check-In.
  • We are asking that all kids (grades 1-5) wear a mask. All other ages will not be asked to wear masks.
  • Hand sanitizing will be encouraged before entering the area.
  • Room capacity limits will be set to provide adequate spacing.
  • All non-essential items from home (like toys and blankets) will need to stay in the hallway or in your vehicle.
  • We’re sanitizing surfaces and toys frequently.
  • Our volunteers are washing their hands and/or sanitizing often and we’ll encourage your child to do the same.
  • We will allow one parent into the Kidz area for drop-off and pick up to limit traffic.
Why are you coming back?

We felt the voice of God leading us to CA in 2018 to invest ourselves and break a new region open.  The Silicon Valley is one of the most unchurched areas.  After being in California for a while, we began to listen to the cry of the people. We started to feel the pull back, that is our family that we have so much history with.  Greenville has many great churches, and it is big enough for many, we just want to be a part of it!   We believe God can use us to do what has never been done before and launch us into our destiny.

Why now?

During COVID we have had time to pray and strategize for a model to be an east coast west coast church.    We are looking forward to reconnecting with relationships with people who sacrificed, served and supported us.  We believe the Lord wants to do something special in this region and we are so excited to be launching at the end of the year.

Will there still be a campus in California?

Yes, the way we look at it that we have two families now.  A family on the West Coast and a family on the East Coast!  God is making us Redemption a National church. Pray and believe with us that God is going to do greater things in and through us.
